The winning photo must have a minimum of 200 votes to be eligible to win. A vote consists of a valid email address. To Petpicsdaily.com a valid email is defined as an email address that we send a message to which is deliverable into the users inbox. Votes made from computers on a shared Internet connection are counted as a single vote within each 24 hour period (i.e one vote per office per 24 hours, all subsequent votes will not be counted). Please note that each email address will be verified for validity. When a winner is selected, they will be notified via email on the next steps to claiming their gift card. The winner must respond back via email with the proper answers to the questionnaire to be eligible to win. We will not be contacting or answering any contest winner via our Facebook page. Must be a US resident to be eligible to win. Each winning photo will be featured at the minimum on the PetPicsDaily.com website as well as various social networks that include but are not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, Instagram, Snapchat and Flickr. Winner will be notified via the email address provided at contest entry.
By entering an image into the Pet Pics Daily photo contest, you are guaranteeing that the image is your original work and does not infringe on the rights of a third party. You agree to indemnify Pet Pics Daily against costs and claims by third parties arising from a breach of this guarantee.By entering the contest you grant Pet Pics Daily the right to reproduce, distribute, and/or display your submission in connection with this contest and promotion of the contest including print, publishing and web.
You may not enter the same photo more than once and previous photo winners are not eligible for the contest. To be considered a legitimate vote, a voter must visit the photo contest page of the entered photo on PetPicsDaily.com or Facebook, enter their email address and click on the vote button. Therefore votes exceeding page views will not be considered legitimate votes. All photos entered in the photo contest regardless of the number of votes has a chance to appear on the PetPicsDaily.com. Photo selection for inclusion on the site is solely at the discretion of Pet Pics Daily. Pet Pics Daily reserves the right to verify, in its sole judgment, winner eligibility.
